A friend sent this story to me…

This dog was born on Christmas Eve in the year 2002. He was born with 2 legs! He of course could not walk when he was born. Even his mother did not want him.

His first owner also did not think that he could survive and he was thinking of ‘putting him to sleep’.

Summer nights are quite balmy here in Marin. The upcoming Indian summer promises to be a warpath of high temps and scalding sunshine. After being a fog friendly San Francisco Girl these past 25 years – I’m adjusting to the new climate and dramatic wardrobe differences. Even my sleeping attire has changed.

From Out of Place to a Blessing

I have many experiences as a child/young adult when I was to tall or felt out of place. I remember the first time I kissed a boy, on a dare of course, and I was taller then him and felt so uncomfortable. I suppose a good part of it was that I was doing something that maybe I shouldn’t however when you had to look down on the person to kiss them I would say that is really weird.
